    The application process for domestic and international students may vary. Check below the application process to apply at the University of Passau. 

    • Applicants with German Abitur, Austrian Matura or who have passed the Feststellungsprüfung  (at the Studienkolleg – the further education college for international applicants) should apply by the defined deadlines  directly to the University of Passau via the Campus Portal of the University of Passau and/or register there.

Like most of the universities in Bavaria, Germany, the University of Passau does not charge any tuition fee from international students. However, international students will have to pay administrative charges also known as semester fees in German universities. The semester fee charged by German universities is comparatively very less. Generally, the university takes admission in two intakes; winter and summer semester. The applications for summer semester are over.
