To apply for the application form first you need to visit the website of your desired institutions, look for the application form on the website and follow the instructions there. They mostly ask to put your details of your identity and marks of previous examinations. Maximum universities allow students from any stream to apply for journalism and mass communication, but along with that they categorize the marks chart of class 10+2 of your boards.
PS: You'll be able to see the application form on the website only during the admission time, they have a certain deadline for the admission time.
