I am looking for admission in a Bachelor's programme so, please explain in detail about examinations to give and scores required in 12th.

For admission in UK you have to score very well in class 12th above 90%, which increases admission + scholarship chances. You have to give language tests and score very well in those exams. Different colleges have different admission procedures for different courses. You can use this link and search the course you want.
