You must have earned your Masters degree in order to enrol in a Ph.D. programme, which is the first and most fundamental requirement. You can either send your CV directly to the instructors at various colleges to apply for a Ph.D. Send a statement of purpose, your research papers, or your results from the UGC NET test to the instructors with whom you want to pursue your doctoral programme.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Ph.D. full form is Doctor of Philosophy. According to Wikipedia, A Doctor of Philosophy is the most common degree at the highest academic level awarded following a course of study. Ph.D. is awarded for programs across the whole breadth of academic fields. Because it is an earned research degree, those studying for a Ph.D. must produce original research that expands the boundaries of knowledge, normally in the form of a thesis or dissertation, and defend their work against experts in the field. Completing a Ph.D. is often a requirement for employment as a university professor, researcher, or scientist in

Master's degree is required from approved university. Then concerned department will take out notification on university site giving all details about criteria, subjects, fees etc., in handout. Dates are given so that students find, read & apply. Then rules regulations are explained and amendments are also given time to time by the UGC or university. Constant track is kept on registered candidates through university log in. This is the common process for Ph.D admission in any university.

HI Krish, After completing your Masters with min 55% you need to qualify a test such as GATE/CSIR-NET/ JEST and TIFR /NEST /SLET etc. If you qualify written, then you 'll be called for interview. In some university, you 'll be required to undergo their separate written test and interview. Ph.D. is offered in two modes: Part Time and Full Time
Part Time: A candidate has to attend classes on weekends. Full Time: A candidate has to attend regular classes (56 days a week). I am enlisting a few good colleges which are doing really well in this field of research. You can do it from: Delhi University, University of Hyderabad, Jadavpur Universi
