    Video game design is the process of designing the content and rules of a video game in the pre-production stage and designing the gameplay, environment, storyline, and characters in the production stage. You need focus on your sketching skills first and then you need to learn create graphics and after that you need to learn coding.

    2D or 3D games can be designed using Unity Game Engine. Which is freely available on it's website. You need to have proper understanding of C# before beginning with Unity. C# is the programming language uses in Unity.
