    I personally never had a phone during my coaching years, and I am grateful for that decision. Studying things that you want to learn in the morning and the things that you want to revise in the evening is ideal. Frequent small breaks, not on the phone or laptop but outside or with your family, it's a must. Make sure to be comfortable at your seat and not study on the Bed as it's just a precedent to sleep.
