NCHMCT JEE 2025 registration is a five-step process wherein, candidates need to: 1. Register for exam for creating a candidate account. For this, candidate need a valid phone number and email address. They have to fill other details too like name and create a password. The exam authority informed candidates, "Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number. The candidate should supply the required details while filling the Online Application Form and is also required to create PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter his/her Answer. After successful submission of the personal details, an Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/correspondence. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Application Number and created Password". 2. Fill the application form with respect to academic qualification, category for reservation, parents' details etc. All the details should be in accordance with the documents like Class 10 Marksheet, Class 12 Marksheet and Date of Birth Certificate. 3. Upload documents in proper format with respect to photograph and signature for identification, as well as the category certificate. Candidates should keep scanned files on their system form which they are filling up the application form. The specified file type and size for photograph, signature and category certificate are - The recent photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background. Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG format (clearly legible). The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible). The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly legible) Size of the scanned copy of Category certificate between 10 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible) Size of the scanned copy of PwD certificate between 10 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible) 4. Select test centre locations from the list of exam cities available on the dashboard. These are the cities where NCHMCT JEE 2023 will be held in Computer-Based Test mode. Therefore, the candidates have to select at least three nearest cities as their preferred test locations. 5. The final step for NCHMCT JEE 2024 is to pay the application fee for candidate's respective category. Candidates have to pay INR 1,000 if they belong to General/ OBC-(NCL) as per Central List, INR 700 if they fall under Gen-EWS, and INR 450 if they claim reservation under SC/ST/PWD category. Once the fee paid status is updated on the applicant dashboard, they can submit the form in online mode itself.
