I am 27 and I have completed my graduation this year in major philosophy and further i am planning to do PG diploma in food production.

As you have mentioned, completed your graduation Philosophy & that too at the age of 27 years. For your further career you wanted to do PG Diploma in Food Production. Off course courses in Food Production are in demand & has a better job prospectus in India and Abroad. But most important thing is your base qualification has no advantages in future course of career.
You can do only under condition, if currently you are in Food related career or job then only it will be helpful at this stage.
If you are planning all of sudden to go for Food Production career then it is not a good idea at this stage. -
