I am 29 years old. I am a married woman with B.E degree. What should I do for a bright career?

My profile: education : B.E (EXTC), work experience : 3.2 years, relevant experience : project management (1.9 years) and HR (2 years). I have done digital marketing course but my current company is not allowing me to do digital marketing and I cant swift or change my job due to financial problem.

Hi, Over 3 years of work experience is a good one and coupled with BE background, you should definitely have bright chances. If you are unhappy with the current work profile that you have, ask your concerned manager if there is an option to change your profile- something that is a win to both of yo
