Yes, you can apply for an LL.B. program. Most universities in India require a bachelor's degree for admission into a 3-year LL.B. program, but if you are considering a 5-year integrated LL.B. program (such as BA LL.B. or BBA LL.B.), your 10+2 marks will be considered.

For the 5-year LL.B. program, eligibility criteria usually require at least 45%-50% in 10+2 (varies by university and category). Some universities conduct entrance exams like CLAT, AILET, or LSAT India, while others offer direct admission based on merit.

    Hi,
Your age is not a barrier but, the eligibility criteria for 5 year LL.B program is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent.
(5% relaxation for SC/ST Applicants and 3% relaxation for OBC Applicants )
LPU is very stringent on its eligibility norms.
You can discuss your complete case with the admission counselors by calling on their toll-free number.
    Thanks

Yes, you can apply for an LL.B. program at the age of 42, provided you meet the eligibility criteria of the institution where you wish to study. The Bar Council of India (BCI) does not impose an upper age limit for pursuing legal education, so your age will not be a barrier. However, admission to an LL.B. program typically requires a graduate degree, not just 10+2 qualifications.

Here's what you need to consider:

    1. Eligibility for LL.B.:

      • LL.B. is a postgraduate degree in law, generally requiring a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 45%–50% marks (depending on the university).
      • Since you have completed 10+2 with 55%, you are e

If you match the requirements of the university where you want to study, you can register for an LL.B. degree at the age of 42. Your age won't be a problem because the Bar Council of India (BCI) doesn't have an upper age limit for studying legal school. However, a graduate degree is usually required for entrance to an LL.B. program, not only 10+2 credentials.

Here are some things to think about:

    Qualifications for LL.B.

A bachelor's degree in any field with at least 45% to 50% of the possible points is often required for the LL.B., a postgraduate degree in law, depending on the university.
You are qualified for integrated legal programs li

There is no upper age limit for pursuing LLB, but the prerequisite for applying to a three-year undergraduate program in law is a graduation degree from a recognised Indian university or its international equivalent.

Yes, you can pursue an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) at 45 years old. Many universities and law schools welcome mature students, and your life experience can be an asset in your studies. Admission requirements vary by institution, so it's essential to check the specific criteria for the programs you're interested in. Additionally, consider how you will balance your studies with other commitments, and explore flexible study options

Yes, you can apply for an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) program, even with a 55% score in your 10+2. The eligibility criteria for an LL.B. generally require candidates to have completed their higher secondary education (10+2) from a recognized board. Many law schools, including those offering the LL.B. program at Lovely Professional University (LPU), do not have strict age restrictions, making it possible for you to pursue law at 42.

However, it's important to note that some universities or law schools may have a specific age limit or additional requirements. LPU, for example, offers a flexible and inclusive admission process that takes into
