You can choose from the other courses LPU offers because LLB requires minimum 60% in your graduation.
Kindly check if the eligibility suits ypur category:
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
(5% relaxation for SC/ST Applicants and 3% relaxation for OBC Applicants )

With the best of my knowledge, I can say that yes you can apply for LLB at LPU. There is no such age criteria, all you just have to fulfill the eligibility which says Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent.

As you have not done Graduation I guess, you must go with Undergraduate Law programme.

In LPU, there are three LLB programs 1. BA-LLB 2. B Com LLB 3. BBA-LLB. So, for admission your age is not a issue. but you need minimum 60% aggregate marks in +2 with any stream with English as subject for eligibility.
