I am a foreign national from Mauritius wishing to apply for Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai. What is the procedure?

Madras Institute of Technology admissions are controlled by Anna University. There is a set procedure for admissions to foreign nationals. Basically, the student must have completed 12 years of education and should have obtained 50% marks in physics, chemistry and maths. Also student should be proficient in English language.
