I am a NIFT drop out with a 7-years teaching experience of arts and design. Where can I get a good work environment with small kids?

When you say 'small kids' I'm guessing you want to teach in schools. If you want to study in a proper school you will need a B.Ed degree. You can always join NGOS like teach india, Saturday art class, or other local organizations to start teaching young kids.
