I am a pharma graduate with a 3-year gap in my education. I failed in 10 +2 and scored 49%. Can I still get a job after PGDM in pharma mgmt?

    Chances are very less, but if you prove yourself by doing something unique like some certification, live projects then you can think of that.

    Please call the desk to find out whether you are eligible for PGDM degree since you have less than 50% in 10th and 12th. If you are eligible, there are companies which have no criteria as such w.r.t. to the percentage. It will matter as to how your interview with the panelist goes and how you can explain the low percentage scenario to the interviewer.

    Have you completed your PGDM Diploma?
    I don't have that much clear idea about it but if you have completed the full term of your degrees then maybe you have a chance to get a job. Just because you have failed once a negative impact will always follow your shadow.
