I am a student of class 12th with commerce and want to pursue BA. Will it be safe to just apply to merit-based colleges?

Or should I apply for entrance exam based colleges as well?

    Firstly, you need to fix which BA programme you want to apply then accordingly you need to choose best colleges whether it's based on entrance or merit you have to face it with confidence and commitment.
