Hi Deepika,
Irrespective of Civil Engineering or Caste wise classification, admission process remains the same for all students. Four test, scores accepted are AIMA, CAT, MAT and TANCET, among which TANCET comes under government quota, where college has nothing to do with admission. Other three scores are accepted for management quota. With those scores, an application can be submitted online or offline and are requested to attend GD and PI on mentioned dates. -

First of all, you have a good score in BE, you can write TANCET or MAT to get easy admissions in PSGIM. The expenses through MAT and TANCET will range from 4 to 10 lakhs for 2 years.
