I am B.Tech in civil engg. graduate (2016) & want to do MS in structural engg. from Germany or Latvia. Can you suggest some universities?

My aggregate is 66.7%. I have 5-months of experience as a civil engineer.

It would be more appropriate if you go for Chinese universities as they offer quality degree with low sum of fees.

Hi Ratnadeepak, 66.7% is not a very good score to apply to Germany. Check these but not sure about the admissions, some of them are of course not so competitive but a lot will depend on your SOP, LORs, projects, etc.
