I am BA graduate and working as ASM in Pharma company now want to change marketing field but won't like to waste experience how I come in It

Experience of marketing particularly field job of pharmaceutical sales is considered as very smart, intelligent and hard working profession. In any business sector your experience particularly communication skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, team building skills, target achieving nature, rapid learning will working and proficient application of knowledge in marketing will always be honoured by any good human resource personal, employer or hirer. Now , I am not clear whether you want to quit MARKETING SECTOR or PHARMA SECTOR, So, I will tell you both. 1. Make reversible change to do risk management of career change. 2. First get into I.T - Equipment marketing by opting for companies which manufactures HIGH END I.T enabled Medical Devices like NMR, CT Scan, Laser equipments, Biomedical Analysers like companies Hach, Toshniwal and DermaIndia and many more. Key word for job search could me MEDICAL,LABORATORY AND RESEARCH EQUIPMENTS SALES. 3. This will require less word of mouth but generate order by online demo through you tube followed by little telemarketing. New hospitals, universities, research centres and analysis companies, pathogists, Medical stores, Super specialities units always look for new equipments in every new years ANNUAL BUDGET. 4. Companies will train you to install and validate equipments and you will learn technical stuff with neither I.T nor Biomedical students can do being recent technology. 5. You will be the first hand source of knowledge and skill transformation for them. 6. These equipments require frequent SOFTWARE UPGRADATION AND REPLACEMENT to meet the need of inhouse ERP softwares. 7. In this way your role will become slowly like a service and post sales service engineer. I am glad you sought guidance of Career Track Change.
