I am BA graduate and working as ASM in Pharma company now want to change marketing field but won't like to waste experience how I come in It

    Experience of marketing particularly field job of pharmaceutical sales is considered as very smart, intelligent and hard working profession. In any business sector your experience particularly communication skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, team building skills, target achieving nature, rapid learning will working and proficient application of knowledge in marketing will always be honoured by any good human resource personal, employer or hirer.
    Now , I am not clear whether you want to quit MARKETING SECTOR or PHARMA SECTOR, So, I will tell you both.
