I am confused among upes (dehradun), jaypee (noida) & itm(gurgaon).please suggest me the best amongst these.

I have secured 87.4% in PCM and 88.4% in PCME in class 12 cbse . My jee mains AIR is 137353 . I am interested in computer science,IT, and electronics & communication.
