I am confused to do mba from vancouver island university or not. After doing mba is there is decent chance of getting job in canada itself

Dear Giriraj, getting a job depends on how well you perform. A university will not guarantee you a job. You must be academically strong, take initiatives in class, improve leadership and communication skills, internship period will be important too.If you are planning to study in a particular university always communicate with them. They have dedicated admission offices, ask for guidance.
