PhD in US is 4-5 years Minimum it can take a student 4 years. PhD in the US is fully funded by the US University and you do not have to pay anything from your end, they also pay stipend which takes care of your expenses. You also need to take GRE and TOEFL. GRE should be over 1200 and TOEFL over 100. The minimum educational eligibility conditions for doing a PhD program in Germany is a Master's degree in the subject area. Doctoral and post doctoral fellowship in clinical pharmacology (Pharmacokinetics) is offered at Institute of Pharmacology, University of Heidelberg/Max-Planck-Institute for Heart and Lung Research, Bad Nauheim, Germany.
