I am from ST category. I got 73% in boards of Andhra Pradesh and my JEE Mains score is 46. Can I get any NITs or IIITs?

You'll not get any IIIT. But you'll easily get an NIT of lower ranking with mining and similar non - technical branches.

You cannot get NITs because the criterion is of 75%. Also, you have very less marks. You can only get private colleges of your state.
Participate in the counselling of state level.
