Hello there,
As per the rules & regulations of the organising committee you require 40% in your class 12 and the cut-off will be announced soon. You can go for 5 year course after completion of class 12 as 5 year course is a integrated system where you can study subjects related to B.A. B.Com plus law which gives you an add on advantage. 3 year LL.B. can be done only after graduation. 4 years agoHI Dear,
3-year law and 5-year law both have different eligibility criteria.
5 years law programme is an integrated programme, which one can proceed just after 12th class whereas 3 years law programme can be pursued only after the graduation. Usually the students who decide on taking up law as career after graduation prefer this programme. Being an education consultant, I would recommend you to go for 5 years integrated LAW programme straight a way from School of law, LPU, in North India. LPU offering law programme which is accredited by BCI is equally good as law courses in all NLU's. All the best. -

It can be pursued after 10+2, The subjects in the first degree are different and LL.B. Are different. While 3 year Law programme is an individual LAW programme which can be pursued after the graduation. Usually the students who decide on taking up LAW as career after graduation prefer this programme. Since you are in 10+2, it will make sense to go in for 5 year programme. You must check your interests, aptitude, bent of mind, personality traits and aspirations, go in for the programme only of all of these alig...more
