I am in a TPA (insurance) company but there is no growth and I have already done MBA. What shall I do for my career growth?

Need of MBA for career success is: Whether you look forward to strengthening your ground in the area of entrepreneurship or have your goal well focused on escalating the corporate rung, it is important that you go for an MBA degree.MBA degree will help you get an insight into the tricks & acumen necessary for competent handling of business and segments constituting it.You may be wonderfully knowledgeable, but an MBA program relevant to your field of operation will help sharpen your managerial skills & soft skills necessary for man management. According to me MBA is necessary to succeed in life. It is not just a degree it's a course of personality development, the course of improving and enhancing communication skills, generating self-confidence, removing stage fear, developing a positive attitude towards life. I agree that today various institutions are running MBA programme but it definitely depends on the faculty and the individual how he learns and what attitude he has for MBA. Does he seriously want to achieve success in life by doing this programme or a he take this as a normal degree. Well if a person want to develop a positive attitude, and learn how to face challenges and risk in life, how to manage the resources, costing, leadership, entrepreneurship, and there are many things in MBA, he should go for this degree to succeed in life and to be successful in life.
