LPU is the best choice to pursue B.Tech Civil Engineering programme as LPU not only provides excellent teaching but also provides positive environment for learning. Beside this LPU also provides campus placements in well established multinational companies.

I have an idea about LPU. This programme at LPU includes a blend of hands-on experiential learning and theoretical foundational courses. The very best include a mix of traditional learning in laboratories and classrooms with cooperative programs that allow students to gain work experience. Others may include independent research with faculty members another good bet for individuals hoping to go directly into research or the workforce upon graduation. Writing board, screen-projector, labs are used to teach. The college arranges frequent industry visits. New innovative ideas were framed into working models and were showcased to 10000+ school students. Industrial visits are organized to nearby construction sites from time to time. There, you can SEE actual construction work going on. Be prepared to have dust on your shoes (believe me, it will be worth a lot). You have to ask questions yourself and trigger interest in the activities around you. In order to enhance the learning experience of the civil engineering students, the University has established a laboratory named, university lab mechanical testing of building and construction material. National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) is a Constituent Board of Quality Council of India (QCI) that provides CAB (Conformity Assessment Boys) accreditation. With better theoretical and practical knowledge, students are much more competent than any other university. LPU has very good placement records and good infrastructure, companies visit campus, L & T, Simplex Piles Ltd, Era Infrastructure, Gammon India Ltd, WSP India, XL Dynamics to name a few. Industrial visits are organized to nearby construction sites from time to time. There, you can SEE actual construction work going on. To work in this profession, students are supposed to be familiar with software like MS-Project, STAAD Pro, MX Road, etc. Nonetheless, students will be trained in Auto CAD in their second year which is a prerequisite for any Civil Engineer.
