Take a two year study leave for pursuing two-year full-time MBA. You can specialize in production management, IT, or any field related to mechanical engineering, which you shall have to find out and decide by consulting others. A combination of a degree in Mechanical Engineering , an initial experience of an IT company, plus a post graduate degree in management shall help you to climb the ladder up, and may also help in setting up your own industry after a few years.
