Hi, good luck with this interview of yours. Look, everything is difficult nowadays, but let me assure you right away that nothing is uncrack able. If you wish to crack it open, you can crack anything and not just this Oberoi STEP interview, everything is crack able. Remember that and it is not true at all. Well, just to give you some firecrackers to start with.
1. Make yourself aware of the latest current affairs
2. Be well informed about the history of Oberoi group of hotels in and out and be sure about the reasons why do you want to pursue this programme with Oberoi group
