I am pursuing BE in mechanical engineering and want to do MS in Germany, USA or Singapore. Which are the best universities there?

Hi,
The application process is more or less the same. However, the entry requirements are different with every university. You can check the university website for requirements such as GRE, TOEFL or IELTS. GRE is mainly required in US. You will also need recommendation letters and a SOP.
