Hello Tarunisree, nanotechnology is surely and upcoming and very promising subject for the future. And vital fields of studies and research. For doing Masters you need to do graduation and as you have done graduation in electronics and communication I am sure you will be eligible to pursue the field of nanotechnology in your sphere of interest. However different courses have different eligibilities and I would like to advise you to decide as to which institute you want to go for pursuing your studies and from their website please find out as to the eligibility conditions. Best wishes to you.
