I am seeking for an executive MBA programme to get into education or corporate consultancy sector. What should I do?

I have done BE mechanical engineering and have got 16 years of work exp. of which, 10 years into marketing, strategy and program management with the top automobile OEMs. I am unable to crack CAT or GMAT exam.
