    You can apply just by specifying your hallticket number in the application form. After declaration of results, they can verify or ask you to update marks.

    Any university will ask your marks while applying so you can apply for B.Tech admission after your scores are out. No college is going to close the admission process before your marks arrive. So no worry.

    HiThe universities are taking provisional admissions due to the grim covid conditions in case your results have not been declared. You can always show your clear result before the start of the classes. Every university has its refund policy where for example you have applied for an NIT, IIT and instead of just waiting you book a seat in another college by paying a minimum amount. But later if you do not want to take admission there you can cancel your admission and apply for a refund wherein just a little amount of your moneyCheck for the refund policy and apply for admission in good colleges like SRM, Lady Sri Ram, LPU etc. LPU would
