    Hi,
    You can apply but admissions are not on these days, you have to apply in new session. If any university or college is giving admissions these days too, then you can go for it but they will approve your admission only then once you will complete your Graduation.

    Yes, you can apply for MA in Mass Communication. The university will take your admission on provisional basis. If you disqualify in Bachelors, then university have right to cancel your admission, but if you qualify Bachelor's degree, then you have to submit the documents before deadline which will be given by university only.
