I am very confused.I have two choice for preparation for IAS .first choice is UPES unversity and second is Dehli (Rous,chanakya,etc)help me

    As far as my knowledge is concern upes is an engineering and management university. the preparation for IAS can be best taken from delhi. as u have already mentioned the names, not differing with it, RAOs, CHANAKYA and there are many other good institutes to prepare IAS. wish you a successful career.
