    Hi Sathesh Sir,
I am not as experienced as you are but like to share few things. Diploma in engineering is a course of 3 years. So, you will have to study 3 years with full concentration. If you want to study Diploma just for promotion I will suggest you to find such college where they will allow to work after taking admission. I will recommend to not to leave job. Admissions are going on it will be better for you to look out for colleges soon so that you will get confirmed seat.

Diploma is a technical course. In this you have to work hard to complete all your semesters with good marks. If you do your Diploma with a good score then you will get a lot of good opportunities.
