If you are willing to take a break from your job environment, you are financially sound and are prepared to afford the expenses till the completion of the course, then an AICTE approved regular MBA is always preferable. But if you do not wish to leave your job, then a distance MBA may be preferred.

    Hi,
As you are currently working, distance MBA will be a good choice. I would suggest you to join with NMIMS University. The good about NMIMS is:
    1. You have online classes on weekends, and the recording of the online classes will be available for your future reference.
    2. They also provide you study materials and notes (PPT). 3. Your assignment for 30 marks will be submitted online.
    4. Flexible examination schedules.
    5. They have an EMI facility and you can pay your fees in installment.
    All the best.

    Distance learning is a myth - like a long-distance-relationship.
If not a full time MBA from an A-Grade institute you may consider taking up some valued certifications in the domain you want to pursue.
