I would suggest that you should go for executive MBA, which is being offered by institutes like IIFT and various other institutes for which you need to have a minimum 5 years of experience and have classes on Saturday and Sunday, Monday till Evening.

The regular MBA course has better placement opportunities than the distance course and this can help you to get a push in your career and can get a better start in your career. But if you are working professional. Go for Chandigarh University. Management education has witnessed a paradigm shift in recent years owing to the changing business landscape and rising demand of skilled and competent business professionals. Distance is better.

The better option is Regular MBA, but if you are working professional distance is better. Narsee Monji Institute of Management Studies School for Continuing Education, Sikkim Manipal University Directorate of Distance Education, ICFAI University and IGNOU are some universities.

You must pursue regular MBA. It is a better option because distance MBA doesn't give you any practical management knowledge. It will only provide you bookish knowledge. Apart from this, there are a lot of advantages of pursuing regular MBA you over distance one. Get some work experience and then go for MBA program.
    All the best.
