I can't apply for first NDA exam. Can I apply for the second exam without any obstacles? Will the second exam be same as 1st one?

    Yes, you are eligible for the NDA exam if you have qualified 12th and are under their eligible age criteria. You can give exam till you have the eligible age.

    Yes, you can fill form the untill you cross the age limit criteria. There are more chances and if you leave the one, there is no problem you can fill the upcoming form to get in.
