To be eligible for a 3-year LL.B. Course in India, the basic eligibility criteria is to have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or board. Since you have completed a 10+3 year Diploma course, you may not be eligible for a 3-year LL.B. Course directly after completion of the Diploma programme. However, you may still be eligible for other law courses such as the 5-year integrated LL.B. Programme or the 1-year Diploma in Law programme, depending on the specific eligibility criteria of the universities or colleges you are interested in. The eligibility criteria for admission to a 3-year LL.B. Course may vary depending on the institution and the university offering the course. In general, most institutions require candidates to have completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institution in any discipline with a minimum percentage of marks. As you have completed a 10+3 year Diploma course, you may be eligible to apply for admission to a 3-year LL.B. Course, but this may depend on the specific Diploma course you have completed and the institution's admission policies. It is recommended that you check the specific eligibility criteria of the institution

    Hi,
LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

No, you are not eligible since you can only pursue LLB after completing any UG programme like BBA, BA etc. You must admit to BBA LLB or BA LLB course then only you will be able to complete your LLB. Do an integrated programme which saves your time that's why I have told you about the two programme above. Check the eligibility criteria for the admission on the official website of the college and try to secure a seat in a government college.
    Best of luck.
