I completed 12th in this year with 85% in total and with 83% in physics ,91% in chem and 93% in biology.how can i apply for MBBS in GERMANY

I completed my schooling at St. Little Teresa's GHSS ,Kottayam ,Kerala.I want to join for M B B S in Germany or UK .I scored an average of 86% in tenth from C B S E .I have also scored 90% in English in 12th alone.IN which college can i opt and how?
