I completed 12th PCM in '20, and I have now applied for on-demand biology exam through NIOS happening in March '24. Can I write NEET '24?

Basically, can I write NEET in 2024 while not having given the biology exam yet while applying? I would have given it by the time NEET exam arrives, though.

    Yes after passing on demand biology subject from NIOS you will be eligible for NEET UG 2025.
