I completed B.Pharmacy in 2017. Am I eligible to pursue MBA in Pharma with a specialization of human resource development through distance?

Yes, you are definitely eligible for MBA, but your average marks should be above 50 %. You should always prefer regular college in MBA instead of distance, because it deals and improves leadership and management qualities in you. All the best for your bright future.

Yes, you can, but why not with MBA in pharmaceutical management.

After doing B.Pharm if you are interested in HR, you can do MBA/PGDM with HR specialisation. However, since you have a pharma background, why not stay in your domain, Stay with your core sector (which is pharma) and do MBA in Pharma & Healthcare. Once you are in the pharmacy or healthcare industry, depending on your inclination, you may get into HR functional area in pharmacy. Never stray away from your core strength.
