Hello Shrishail
LLM. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.
The entrance test paper contains around 150 questions which can be both objective and subjective in nature. The duration of the exam is 2 hours which includes negative marking for objective type questions.
Thank you. -

Hi Shrishail,
For Postgraduate law programmes. Candidates applying for postgraduate law programme, LLM need to possess a bachelor's degree in law. A candidates need to score at least 55 percent in his/her qualifying degree. If you're not interested in practicing, then you can apply for a job as in house counsel. Corporate world has immense scope for lawyers, so choose wisely. It might be difficult to get into NLSIU, Bangalore but there are plenty of other universities that you can opt for.
All the best.
