I completed my 12th with commerce without maths stream and didn't even had computers as my subject. Can I pursue BCA?

    Yes Ankit. You can. For BCA, only 12th passed is required with 50% marks and English as a compulsory subject.

    Yes, you are eligible for BCA as you have completed your intermediate. Ensure that you must have at least 50% in your 12th. If you fulfill this criteria, then you can apply for BCA course. You can get admission easily. Thanks.

    Well this is the LPU is the best option to pursue BCA. Eligibility and Admission Criteria Eligibility: 50% aggregate marks in
    10+2 (with English or equivalent. Eligibility: 60% marks in 12th + LPU NEST (with higher cut off). Being among the high achievers, you will be

    Yes it's possible but you should have a eligibility criteria for each subject as per the college eligibility, it depends from college to college. But anyone can pursue BCA without computer knowledge. Hope this helps.

    Hi Ankit,
    Yes, you are eligible for BCA, as in BCA you only have to develop computer applications that only needs coding, but you can't get Government College with this score.
  • No, you are not eligible because maths is compulsory. You need to opt for maths in HSC if you want to pursue BCA.
