I completed my Diploma in computer engineering. After 12th, is there any graduation course or its equivalent in 1st year?
I am preparing for UPSC civil seevices.

As you done Diploma which is equivalent to class 12th (2 year) and remaining 1 year you use for pursuing graduation on behalf of lateral entry, so 1 year relief in graduation. About all colleges/University /institutes give options for lateral entry to benefits Diploma students
Other option is you can do direct admission to graduation courses.
