I didn't give NATA & JEE exams. Am I eligible for B.Arch in Himgiri Zee or DIT or any best universities in India or not?

I scored 81% in 12 board. Am I eligible for B.Arch without NATA or JEE? I belong to middle class family.

    DIf you have given any state level entrance exam approved by Council of Architecture, then you are eligible for DIT University in the upcoming first counselling for B.Arch, which in on 17th June in DITU campus, Dehradun.
