    Well as you are applying through DTE CAP rounds in that experience doesn't matter at all. What you need is just the good percentile in the CET so that you can landed in one of the top colleges and choose any stream that you want.

    Your percentile is a bit low but you can surely try out few institutes which fit your percentile CAP.
    Majority people don't have work experience so that is not an issue.
