Admission cutoff ranks can vary from year to year based on factors like the number of applicants and available seats.

To determine if you can get a Marine Engineering seat at Andhra University with your EAPCET rank and caste category (BCB), you should refer to the official website of Andhra University or the EAPCET counseling authority for the most recent information on cutoff ranks for Marine Engineering.

Additionally, you can check the previous years' cutoff ranks for Marine Engineering at Andhra University to get an idea of the trend, but keep in mind that it may not be indicative of the current year's cutoff.
