I got 121 marks in JEE Mains and I am from general category and got 94.4% from CBSE. Should I wait for JoSSA? What are my chances of NITs?

You can get a NIT if you have home state quota for it.

121 is a good score, but we cannot predict the chances of getting into NITS until we know the percentile and toughness of your session. If you get a percentile of around 96-97 in JoSAA. You have a pretty good chances to get into some NITS. I think it's better to wait for the results and Hope for the best.

With that marks you may get around 25k Rank in JEE Mains. You may get CSE in North East NITS and Most of IIITS.
