I got 121 marks in JEE Mains and I am from general category and got 94.4% from CBSE. Should I wait for JoSSA? What are my chances of NITs?

Yes, you should. Use the college preditor tool to know about your college choices and go through the previous year's JoSAA cut-off list. -
Based on your rank and score of 12th class and category, you are eligible to get a seat in NIT of Kharagpur and in the Roorkee campus. And they are the top colleges in NIT. And at the same time, if you've qualified JEE Advanced, you may get many other top colleges. Wish you good luck.
