No, the minimum cutoff marks for BITs in all the campuses is around 300. You are not even close. Therefore, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the BITS.

With the BITSAT score you mentioned, your chances are bleak for BITS. Please try next year again or go for any other college if you are getting.
